- The chances of winning are dependant upon the total number of eligible entries received.

- The winning entry will be selected (1) week after the contest closing date from all eligible entries received and all decisions with respect to the selection process are final.

- Before being declared as winner of any prize the selected entrant must correctly answer a time limited, skill-testing, mathematical question posed during a prearranged telephone interview or by mail. Selected entrant(s) will be contacted within two (2) weeks of the contest closing date.
- Before being declared a winner, selected entrant(s) will be required to comply with these rules and regulations as a the declaration and release form:
a. Confirming compliance with contest rules and acceptance of prize as offered;
b. Acknowledging the non responsibility of whatwouldyouchange.ca, BCIT and the prize suppliers and their agents in respect to injuries, accident, loss or misfortune relating to the prize;
c. Acknowledging whatwouldyouchange.ca, BCIT and their agents’ right to publish and broadcast the winner’s picture, name, address, voices, and statements without further compensation other than the prize offered. - All entries become the property of whatwouldyouchange.ca and BCIT and none will be returned.
- Prizes must be accepted as offered and no substitutions are allowed. Prizes are not transferable and are not convertible to cash.
- Whatwouldyouchange.ca and BCIT reserve the right to cancel this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever.
- If a selected entrant is unwilling or unable to comply with the contest rules, that entrant will be disqualified and another entry will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received.
- By claiming any prize selected entrants waive the right to claim any costs of winning any prize including, but not limit to, and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem any prize, and bear in full any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize.
